Shipping Information

​We proudly ship Australia-wide and aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times

  • Bulk Orders (custom made to order): Please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Sample Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch.

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our business:

  • All bulk items are custom made to order and are therefore ineligible for return or refund.

  • Please choose carefully and ensure all order details are correct prior to placing your order.

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
